Film Study (Read and React Offense):

Watch the first 20 minutes. I want these concepts burned into your head!

Homework (Ball Handling):

Be sure to put the work in (at least 2 times per week for 30 minutes)! Get a journal or log book to track your workouts and progress.


  1. Watch first 40 minutes of Read & React video
  2. Watch Ball Handling video, then select 7 drills. Afterwards, use those 7 drills while working out (30 minutes).
  3. After film study or working out, go to the community forum to share what you've done.
  4. Fill out online questionnaire that I'll email to you by Saturday, 3/21.
  5. Schedule a one-on-one coaching call with me. I'll email the link to you by Saturday, 3/21.
