Homework (Ball Handling):
Be sure to put the work in (at least 2 times per week for 30 minutes)! Get a journal or log book to track your workouts and progress.
- Watch first 40 minutes of Read & React video
- Watch Ball Handling video, then select 7 drills. Afterwards, use those 7 drills while working out (30 minutes).
- After film study or working out, go to the community forum to share what you've done.
- Fill out online questionnaire that I'll email to you by Saturday, 3/21.
